The company hopes, they can replace the artificial noodle noodles made from wheat, and can be used as a substitute for food ramen or pasta. They also hope the noodles perusahaa can send to other countries, such as China where people are struggling with the obesity epidemic.

They mix ingredients konnyaku (kind of tubers) with cellulose fiber made from wood pulp. The result creates a super healthy noodles which the company also claimed the noodle texture of the tree is more chewy noodles.

In addition to creating innovations to make noodles from konnyaku wood and famous bitter to be eaten better, they also aim to increase the level of local farmers Japanese economy.
